DO YOU FANCY BEING A HERO?
Classes held at The Holy Trinity Theatre

Heroes provide the most professional up to date British Cheerleading approved stunts and tumbles as Heroes understands the importance of Health and Safety for all of our pupils.
Heroes Cheerleaders will learn every aspect of cheerleading which includes Cheers, Chants, Motion Technique, Jumps, Kicks, Leaps, Stunting, Pyramids, Tumbles, Lifts and Action Packed Pom Pom Cheerleading Dance Routines as well as High Flying Cheerleading Routines and much more!

Heroes Squads are £10 for the weeks training, minimum 3 hours.
We have 6 Squads which are arranged into age and ability, these are:
Tiny / Mini / Youth / Junior / Senior / Senior Co-ed.

Heroes Squad Members Cheer for Carlisle United Football Club, Participate in Shows, Demonstrations and Compete in National and International Competitions.

You do not have to be an expert to enjoy Cheerleading - it is a chance to learn but most importantly to have fun!!!
