CLASS DESCRIPTION

DO YOU FANCY BEING A HERO?
Classes held at The Holy Trinity Theatre

Heroes provide the most professional up to date USASF approved stunts and tumbles as Heroes understands the importance of Health and Safety for all of our pupils.

Heroes Cheerleaders will learn every aspect of Cheerleading which includes Stunting, Pyramids, tumbling, Cheers, Motion Technique and Jumps where they will learn High Flying Cheerleading Routines and much more!

Heroes Cheerleaders will learn every aspect of Cheer Dance where they will learn the newest Choreography around with Fast Paced High Enery Routines and much more!


Heroes Squads are £10 for the weeks training, minimum 3 hours.
We have 4 Squads which are arranged into age and ability, these are:
  Mini / Youth / Junior / Senior

OPTIONAL EXTRA CLASSES

BEGINNERS TUMBLING
(Open to anyone who would like to learn to backflip or backflip more confidently. You will be using our new air tumbling track)
TRAINING FEES ARE £3 FOR AN HOUR AND ARE PAY AS YOU COME.

ADVANCED TUMBLING
(Open to anyone who can backflip confidently and would like to learn more. You will be using our new air tumbling track)
TRAINING FEES ARE £3 FOR AN HOUR AND ARE PAY AS YOU COME.

STUNTS
(Open to anyone who would like to be in a stunt group to compete in competitions and perform in shows)
TRAINING FEES ARE £3 FOR AN HOUR AND ARE PAY AS YOU COME.


Heroes Squad Members Cheer for Carlisle United Football Club, Participate in Shows, Demonstrations and Compete in National and International Competitions.

You do not have to be an expert to enjoy Cheerleading - it is a chance to learn but most importantly to have fun!!!
